I believe that work is more than just a job—it is a space where personal history, societal narratives, and collective imaginaries intertwine.
Through a combination of research, coaching, and storytelling, I help individuals and organizations reshape their relationship to work, fostering agency, well-being, and meaningful transformation.
My approach is both theoretical and practical, blending academic insights with actionable strategies.
I am a researcher, consultant, and speaker passionate about transforming work narratives. With a background in business, qualitative research, and coaching, I have worked with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them rethink their relationship with work. My work is at the intersection of academic research, human-centered coaching, and systemic transformation.
In addition to my practice, I am pursuing a research project at IAE Paris-Sorbonne, exploring how narratives shape individual agency and collective responsibility in organizations. I have also written two essays, host a podcast, and regularly contribute to discussions on the future of work.
